the location was acceptable. it was a short walk to places.
the air conditioning was malfunctioning. the bathroom had a leak for the duration of my stay. these issues were not addressed adequately.

the breakfast was amazing!!! i especially appreciated gayan and gihan. they were very cute and hospitable throughout my breakfast experience. the rooms were also very well maintained and i had a very comfy sleep.
the air conditioning in my room wasn't working properly. it was a bit uncomfortable during the warm days. there was also a delay at check-in because the room wasn't quite ready. extra pillows were temporarily unavailable.

The car park facilities were good. The staff was attentive.
The shower had a partial glass wall. The floors were always soaked. There was no ventilation, so everything was wet after four people showered. it felt a bit tight for a family.
